Sales Director13–25K +
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with interior contractors, property managers and other channel partners; handle showroom and online enquiries, assess layouts, budgets, style and functional needs, and maintain client records.
- Work with designers on layouts, materials, colours and functionality; explain construction, environmental specifications and hardware.
- Prepare accurate product, hardware, transport and installation quotations; explain payment, warranty and lead times, and progress negotiations, contracts and deposits.
- Coordinate design, production, installation and aftercare; communicate changes and manage drawings, production schedules, installation milestones and order issues.
- Follow up on acceptance and aftercare, maintain client relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet sales targets, review conversion strategies and participate in marketing, exhibitions and community outreach.
- Monitor competitors and market trends, submit reports, maintain contract records and support sample care and product training.
Requirements
- College diploma or above in any discipline; over five years of premium furniture, bespoke interiors or building-material sales experience, preferably in fitted cabinetry or architectural woodwork.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good eye for design and an understanding of space.
- Target-driven and resilient, able to manage the full sales cycle independently and use office software confidently.
- Premium client, designer or contractor networks are preferred, as is familiarity with Italian, minimalist or wabi-sabi interiors and high-end residential clients.
Showroom Manager12–24K +
Responsibilities
- Run the showroom and manage enquiries, needs assessment, proposals, quotations, negotiations, contracts and collections to achieve annual targets.
- Maintain displays, samples, material libraries and showroom standards.
- Serve apartment and villa clients, maintain referrals and develop designer, contractor and premium community channels.
- Work with designers on layouts, materials, colours and function; explain construction, environmental specifications and hardware.
- Prepare product, extras, transport and installation costs; explain payment, warranty and delivery terms and secure contracts and deposits.
- Maintain client and order records, review wins and losses, improve acquisition and negotiation, and report on sales and showroom performance.
- Track competitors and market trends, submit reports, maintain contracts and support sample care and product training.
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in premium bespoke interiors, architectural woodwork, panelling, cabinetry or building-material sales; independent showroom experience is preferred.
- Understand materials, construction, hardware and complete quotations; interpret layouts, present proposals and serve high-net-worth clients.
- Able to generate leads and develop channels; a Shanghai designer or residential renovation network is preferred.
- Professional presentation, sound design judgement, composed communication, clear goals and resilience.
- Committed to the premium bespoke sector, with a long-term outlook, reliability and self-motivation.
Design Director18–35K +
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for villas and apartments, from briefing, surveys and layout analysis to concepts and furnishing coordination, balancing function and aesthetics.
- Understand private clients’ lifestyles and tastes, provide bespoke advice and progress designs through delivery.
- Produce technical drawings, visualisations and presentations using CAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp and Photoshop.
- Brief fabrication and installation teams, monitor detailing and on-site outcomes, and resolve construction issues.
- Research materials, processes and product systems; balance aesthetics, utility and cost while developing furnishing resources.
- Share expertise, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to design standards and product development.
Requirements
- College diploma or above, preferably in interior, environmental or product design; at least five years of comprehensive design experience in premium bespoke interiors or residential design.
- Advanced CAD detailing, 3ds Max / SketchUp modelling and Photoshop skills; able to deliver complete schemes with strong layout, colour, furnishing and material knowledge.
- Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills; able to clarify needs, guide decisions and manage objections and site issues.
- Creative design judgement with the ability to connect client needs and current directions to practical execution.
- Responsible and detail-oriented, with strong execution, time management, resilience and collaboration across concurrent projects.
- Professional credentials, completed villa or apartment projects, and premium furnishing or supply-chain knowledge are advantages.
